What happens if the festival is postponed due to Covid?
If Beyond The Tracks is postponed due to Covid all tickets will be deferred to 2022. We’ll also offer a refund to those who can’t make 2022. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
As long as tickets have not sold out in advance they will be available to buy online throughout the festival or they can be purchased on the door. CASH ONLY PLEASE there are no card facilities at the box office.
I have an E-ticket. What do I need to do?
If you purchased a ticket online from our official partner, SEE, you will have been sent an E-ticket by email immediately after purchase. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) and bring valid ID or proof of address.
Help! My tickets haven’t arrived!

I have bought tickets for a group and we are not all arriving at the same time, what should we do?
Each ticket has a different barcode and different ticket number. Please make sure everyone arriving separately has a different e-ticket.
What are my travel options?
Travelling to the festival from Birmingham city centre is easy. Catch the number 50 Bus opposite Moor Street Station (outside Selfridges) and get off in Moseley Village at the Co Op, opposite the park. It takes roughly 10 minutes. Due to the location of the Festival, there is no on-site parking. We recommend using public transport or taxis. Please see all travel info here.
When is my favourite band playing?
A rough guide to which bands are playing on what day is available on our line-up page. Timings will be provided in the festival programme and clearly displayed throughout the festival. The first band will start at 17:00 on 27th August 2021 + at 14:00 on 28th August 2021, with each night finishing at 22:30.
What facilities are available for disabled visitors?
The festival site has a disabled viewing area and easy access toilets, however please be aware that the park is on a gentle slope and in places the ground is uneven. What is not permitted on site?
Gazebos and tents are not permitted. The use of camping chairs is permitted towards the back of the park, this area will be clearly signposted.Absolutely no glassware please! Please decant any food items. We have a large fully stocked bar, a cocktail bar and a Pimms bar on site. Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on site, please do not be offended if we ask to search your bags. Any alcohol found will be disposed of. You are able to bring soft drinks but these must be in cans. Absolutely no single-use plastic is allowed to be brought into the festival. There are water points on site so you can bring a refillable bottle.Dogs are also not permitted on site unless they are an assistance dog.
What are the rules regarding children at the festival?
All under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21+ (maximum 2 children per adult). Those aged 18-20 do not need supervision, but cannot supervise those aged under 18 themselves. We also run a Challenge 25 policy on all of our bars.
U16 tickets are valid for children between the ages of 12 and 15. Children under 12 years old may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult (aged 21+), up to 2 under 12 per paying adult.
All children must have some form of proof of age ID with them. Our staff reserve the right to question the age of anyone entering the festival. Valid of forms ID include passport, drivers licence, Validate UK cards or any other photo ID.
I want to attend all weekend!
If you have purchased a Day Ticket or 2-Day Ticket for the festival, the only way to attend the whole weekend is to purchase the relevant tickets for the extra days you wish to attend. As long as the festival has not sold out, day tickets will be available on the door. Cash only please
